Behind The Scenes With Jonny Fines

There's some exciting professional news on the way from Jonny Fines... but we're keeping it under wraps just a little longer.

Alongside coaching at Finesse, Jonny continues to work professionally, bringing the same level of preparation, creativity and professionalism into the studio that he takes into every rehearsal room.

We love giving our students the opportunity to train with people who are actively working in the industry, and we'll be sharing Jonny's latest project as soon as we're able.

What made you fall in love with performing?

Making people laugh. There's nothing better than hearing an audience react.

What's been your proudest career moment so far?

It's a tie between performing on Children in Need with DJ and playing the Jetty.

What's one piece of advice you'd give someone wanting to work in the industry?Work on your weakest skill. It's easy to focus on what you're already good at, but real progress comes from improving the areas that challenge you.

What's something people don't realise about life in the West End?

How difficult it is to build longevity. The industry is incredibly competitive, so every job has to be earned.
