Finesse Company is the advanced training branch of Finesse Stage and Screen, created for performers aged 16+ who are passionate about taking their training and performance experience further.
Through intensives, showcases and specialist industry sessions, we create exciting opportunities for emerging performers to train in a professional environment alongside current West End performers, choreographers, musical directors and creatives.
Our projects are designed for performers who are serious about growth, performance quality and industry-level experience.
SUMMER & WINTER INTENSIVES
Throughout the year, Finesse Company produces professional-style intensive projects and showcases for pre-professional performers.
These experiences combine high-level training, rehearsals and live performance opportunities, with selected performers working alongside West End guest artists and creatives.
Each intensive is designed to challenge, inspire and develop performers within a supportive but ambitious environment.

The Industry Sessions
We invite some of the industry’s most respected professionals to lead our sessions — from casting directors and vocal coaches to West End creatives. Every workshop is built to challenge, push and prepare our Company students for what lies ahead.

Natalie is a casting professional working with Royal Caribbean Productions and major theatre producers. She’s performed in large-scale musicals including Chicago, Cats, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, with a deep understanding of both stage and cruise ship contracts. Natalie’s sessions are all about preparation, confidence and connection. Students will gain real feedback, insider advice, and a feel for what it takes to succeed in a casting environment.
Natalie Bennyworth
Matthew is an associate choreographer and creative behind some of the UK’s biggest productions. His recent credits include Chicago, The Bodyguard, Priscilla the Party and several large-scale pantomimes. Matthew regularly runs auditions for these shows, making his insight invaluable to anyone preparing for a dance call. Known for his high energy, precision and honest feedback, Matthew gives students the tools to refine their audition technique and walk into the room feeling ready.
Matthew Wesley
Joshua is a West End musical director with a growing list of standout credits, including Chicago, Annie, and Nativity! The Musical. He is currently serving as Assistant MD on the brand-new West End production of Burlesque.
Known for his musical precision and supportive energy, Joshua brings industry-level expertise into the room — helping Finesse performers build confidence, refine technique, and bring real heart to every note.
Joshua Griffith
Joanna is a West End performer and choreographer with an incredible range of credits across theatre, TV and live performance. She has worked on hit shows including Strictly Come Dancing, Grease, Chicago, and 42nd Street, bringing high-level choreography and stagecraft to life. Joanna’s sessions blend technique with performance, giving students insight into what it truly means to tell a story through movement — and how to stand out in a professional audition setting.
Joanna Goodwin
Nick is a renowned director and choreographer whose credits span the West End, UK tours and international stages. His work includes Bonnie & Clyde, Shrek, Grease, Legally Blonde, and Beauty and the Beast, among many others. Known for his bold creative vision and industry leadership, Nick brings a rare perspective to the room. His sessions give students the chance to learn directly from a top-level decision-maker — and experience what it truly takes to shine in a professional audition.
