BOOKING POLICY
These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, parents/guardians, and customers engaging with Finesse Stage and Screen services, including classes, workshops, memberships, and online shop purchases. By enrolling, booking, or purchasing, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Expectations
We aim to provide a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment for all students.
By joining us, you confirm that you:

Will participate respectfully, arrive punctually, and behave appropriately.

Understand that classes include physical activity and are attended at your own risk.

Will notify us of any injuries, medical conditions, or access requirements prior to attending.
2. Code of Conduct
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for:

Bullying, discrimination, or harassment.
-
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards teachers or peers.
-
Unauthorised use of mobile phones or filming during sessions.
Respect, kindness, and professionalism are expected at all times. Failure to follow this may result in dismissal.
3. Trial Sessions & Membership (Sunday Sessions: Sprinkles, Sparkles, Stars)

Students can try two trial sessions at a reduced rate of £42.
-
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a payment link.

After the second session, you will receive an invitation to subscribe to a monthly membership.
4. Subscription Payment Terms
-
Full membership is £82.50 per month.
-
This fee covers all weekly sessions during term time.
-
We have calculated the yearly cost and split it into 12 equal monthly payments.
-
Payment is via monthly subscription, regardless of holidays or the number of sessions per month.
-
No sessions take place during half-term breaks or main holidays (Christmas, Easter, Summer).
To cancel, please contact us at least 5 working days before the next payment is due.
5. One-Off Sessions & Workshops

Finesse Summer School

Other holiday workshops and masterclasses

These sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Finesse Stage and Screen.

In the event of cancellation by us, a rescheduled session or refund will be offered.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds for missed sessions, illness, changes in schedule, or change of mind.

If you choose to withdraw from a subscription programme, no refunds will be issued, but further payments can be stopped if notice is given in advance.

If we cancel a session and cannot reschedule, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Health & Injury

Please inform us of any injuries, allergies, or health concerns.
-
Participation is at your own risk.
-
Students must not attend if unwell or recovering from injury.
-
We accept no liability for injuries unless due to our own negligence.
8. Safeguarding Policy
We are committed to safeguarding all children and young people in our care. Our full Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy outlines our commitments and responsibilities, including:

Enhanced DBS checks for all staff.

Safer recruitment practices.

Immediate action in response to any disclosure or concern.

Adherence to guidance from Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Safeguarding Children Partnerships.
Online Safety:
All virtual sessions are supervised. Parental consent is required. No recordings will be made without permission.
9. GDPR & Data Protection
We only collect personal data that is necessary for enrolment, payment, safeguarding, and communication.

Your data is stored securely and will never be shared without consent (except in safeguarding cases).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

By signing up or booking, you agree to receive essential communication related to your class or session.

10. Photography & Marketing
From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your child to appear in any media, please let us know in writing.
11. Online Shop Terms
T-Shirts & Sweaters:

All clothing is non-refundable unless faulty.

If unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering.

Size swaps are allowed if the garment is returned unworn, clean, with tags and in original packaging within 14 days.
12. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to remove any student for:

Repeatedly breaking the code of conduct.
-
Non-disclosure of relevant health or safety information.
-
Repeated non-attendance without notice.
-
Late or non-payment of fees.
No refunds will be given in these cases.
13. Acceptance
By participating in any of our services or making a payment, you confirm that you:

Understand and accept these terms and policies.

Agree to uphold our values and conduct expectations.
-
Accept our refund, privacy, and safeguarding procedures.
